Moving in
When you are moving in to your new home we will:
- Endeavour to provide you with your new keys before your tenancy commences.
- Have your redecoration allowance ready when you collect your keys where applicable
- Provide you with a copy of a Gas Safety and Electric certificates.
- Provide you with a Residents Welcome Pack , including a tenancy handbook and a copy of your tenancy agreements.
