Paying your rent

Please remember to quote the correct rent account numbers when making payment to prevent delay in crediting your individual account. 

You must pay your rent. it is due every monday one week in advance.

If you are worried about rent arrears ,contact the housing office .

 

You may be eligible for housing benefit to help with your rent.You are responsible for making the claim and for informing the housing benefit office of any changes in your circumstances, such as changes to the people living in your home.

We will continue to develop our payment options with the aim of actively promoting the most cost effective methods of rent collection and evolving the scope of payment options available to our tenants to reflect the continued advances in technology.

 

Please note that the terms of your tenancy requires you to pay your rent in advance.If you pay weekly, you need to pay 1 week in advance and if you pay monthly, you need to pay 1 month in advance .
